Dr. Carpenter, the Founder of Infinity Ivy Consulting, is a physician, entrepreneur, and educator. She graduated as Valedictorian from both her middle school and high school. She is passionate about academic excellence and desires to share the secrets of academic and professional success with others. In her academic career, she has received acceptances and scholarships to several prestigious institutions, including Harvard, Yale, Oxford, Cornell, Dartmouth, Brown, Stanford, John Hopkins, and Duke.
Dr. Carpenter has over 10 years of interviewing and admissions experience with Harvard College, as well as other institutions. She has interviewed hundreds of pre-college, pre-medical/health/nursing, and pre-graduate students, and other business professionals. She has taught the Essentials of Public Speaking at Harvard University as well as Principles of Thought Leadership for The Boston Congress of Public Health. Furthermore, she has designed exemplary applications for people from around the world, and served as a professional editor for books, journals, magazines, and anthologies in a variety of subjects and genres.
Dr. Carpenter brings a unique toolkit to applicants seeking an edge — from her varied background in Lean Six Sigma, strategic and operational excellence, and literary prowess. She has succeeded on a multigenerational and international level, assisting hundreds of high school students to full-fledged attending physicians to gain admission into all fields of healthcare, from Cardiothoracic and Transplant Surgery, from Ophthalmology and Maxillofacial Dental Surgery, to Comparative Financial Law and in Public Health Leadership Doctorate Programs in the United States, China, Japan, Canada, Mexico, and more.
Dr. Carpenter has a Masters in Business Administration from Oxford University/Said Business School, a Masters in Public Health from Harvard Chan School of Public Health, a Masters in Education from Harvard School of Education, a Medical Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Yale University. She is a licensed physician in California.
